Join our growing team and help shape the future of ship design! We are looking for System Responsible Engineers (SRE) to join our offices in Wismar (Germany), Gdańsk (Poland) or Turku and Espoo (Finland).

We are looking for marine System Responsible Engineers for our international consulting and engineering projects. There is a need for a wide range of SRE from more experienced designers. In Germany and Poland, a master’s degree is required, while in Finland, both bachelor’s and master’s degrees are applicable. We primarily look for solution-oriented team players, who are eager to work in international project teams. We welcome both experienced professionals and young engineers to apply. Our highly skilled team provides strong support and training, and we even offer opportunities for international training and development.

System Responsible Engineers will concentrate on specific systems/equipment to support the project development during all design phases from the basic design and procurement support to detail design and production and commissioning support.
