1.Client Relationship Managementï¼ Maintain long-term strategic ties with overseas OEM purchasing, R&D and design teams; build stable partnerships with core decision-makers.
2.Market & Competitor Analysisï¼ Track trends of automotive display and HMI industry; monitor rivalsâ products, strategies and pricing.
3.Business Development & Project Acquisitionï¼ Tap new vehicle project demands, develop sales leads; lead bids and secure project confirmation till SOP.
4.Technical Presentation & Communicationï¼ Demonstrate automotive display with core advantages; align internal teams to deliver customized solutions per client specs.
5.Business Negotiation & Project Closingï¼ Manage full-cycle RFI/RFQ, technical review and price negotiation; draft proposals, finalise terms and sign sales contracts.
6.Internal Coordinationï¼ Act as primary client contact, coordinate cross-department resources to ensure smooth mass production delivery.
7.After-sales & Account Collectionï¼ Monitor delivery progress, resolve client issues timely; conduct regular client visits and ensure payment collection.
8.Sales Target Achievementï¼ Set sales goals, track performance and optimize strategies to hit targets.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, Minimum 8 years working experience liaising with purchasing teams & committees of BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
2.Proficient in client management and business negotiation.
3.Clear logical thinking, excellent communication, strong pressure resistance, self-motivated and result-oriented.
