About the Role
In this leadership role, you will develop and execute a customer-focused content publishing strategy for Clinical Solutions products, ensuring high-quality delivery across electronic and print formats. You will collaborate with clinicians, manage strategic partnerships, and lead a team of Content Strategists to create engaging, impactful content that drives usage and supports business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with content owners such as labels, studios, and stock agencies
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales and marketing initiatives leveraging these relationships
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery and publication of new content, resolving operational issues as needed
  • Provide business intelligence including market research and consumer insights to support revenue goals
  • Coordinate services with domestic and international content owner relationship teams
  • Lead and manage a team of Content Strategists aligned to Clinical Solutions content
  • Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support team development
  • Manage budgets, schedules, reporting, and contract negotiations

Requirements

  • Experience developing and executing content strategies in a publishing or healthcare environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience contributing to revenue growth initiatives
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and contracts effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using market and customer insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with clinicians
  • Ability to adapt plans and priorities to meet operational and service challenges
