pElusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager for a leading European Engineering Contractor based on a major Data Center project in Switzerland. /ppAs a Quality Manager you will be responsible for developing quality plans, manuals, documents and systems alongside reviewing specifications to identify all inspections test requirements and develop Project inspection and test plans. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManagement, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001. /liliDevelop quality plans, manuals, documents and systems. /liliReview specifications to identify all inspections test requirements and develop Project inspection and test plans. /liliTraining all Project personnel in Contractor's Project QA/QC plan. /liliWork with our Client to ensure that their Quality standards procedures are successfully submitted, approved implemented against agreed timelines. /liliCompletion of Audits. /liliAdvise Management on QA issues. /liliDocuments Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives, in order to stay in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. /liliReporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardised and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual. /liliReview of all applicable vendor/subcontractor documentation. /liliCarrying out off-site factory / prefabrication audits (source inspection) as required by Contractor's Project QA/QC plan and the Contract Documents. /liliUtilise SAP, Eida, Procore, BIM 360 Field and other software management systems to carry out duties. /liliWhen necessary, perform Root cause analysis (RCA) on significant Project events or issues. Share all RCAs with all appropriate Project personnel. /liliAll other duties associated with this role. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliA relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification. /lili5+ years in QA/QC lead/management roles ideally with strong MEP experince. /liliAbility to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines. /liliGood organisational and planning skills. /liliExcellent work and personal ethics that include trustworthiness, commitment, and empathy. /liliConfident, creative, and energetic approach to addressing all quality-related issues. /liliAbility to produce quality written reports. /liliProficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
