Own the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of professional and specialist roles across different business functions, from intake meeting to successful hire. Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through Active Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant channels. Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications and potential, and guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and support hiring decisions. Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing a professional, transparent, and timely recruitment process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and share market insights and best practices with the Talent Acquisition team. Stay informed about labor market trends and use recruiting data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency. What are we looking for? 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Executive Search, or Active Sourcing. Proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions and seniority levels, ideally in an international environment. Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, including headhunting, talent mapping, market research, and direct candidate engagement. Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate qualifications, potential, and overall fit for a role. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, recruitment, and talent intelligence tools. A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with excellent communication skills. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken. Salary: The salary range for this position is €50,000–€60,000 per year, depending on the candidate's professional experience, relevant skills and knowledge, and educational qualifications.
