We’re looking for talented individuals who are keen to learn, be challenged and solve problems whilst driving results for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a world class Strategic Services team in a customer-facing role where you will be encouraged to develop and grow in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Experience Specialist is the nucleus of our Strategic Services organisation. As a CXS you will:

  • Be a platform expert and be responsible for running live enablement sessions for customers on various tools in the platform
  • Working inside of strategic roadmaps, help big brands to deliver lifecycle marketing automations and manage email campaigns
  • Be able to adapt automation program flows to flex to the customer’s needs
  • Work closely with Consultants in full-day strategic workshops for our larger customers and across ongoing Strategic projects
  • Be a day-to-day contact and trusted adviser for our ongoing project-based customers where you will own most of the project and develop automation program concepts along the way
  • Run our established Collaborative Concepting framework to define marketing automation journeys and bring them to life in our platform
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular performance reports to customers
  • Champion some of the most advanced areas of our platform, including AI-driven functionality

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum of 12 months work experience in digital marketing, either brand-side or agency-side, with a foundation level understanding of CRM marketing, customer lifecycle and retention marketing
  • Whilst not a prerequisite, previous hands-on experience with a marketing automation tool is preferred
  • You are an avid and fast learner who can think on the spot and use your initiative to solve problems
  • You are enthusiastic about digital marketing and marketing automation
  • You have strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload and personal time management
  • You thrive when working within closely collaborating teams and carry a strong work ethic
  • You are a sociable, enthusiastic team player who is happy to lean on others for help, guidance and collaboration
  • You enjoy having direct contact with customers and customer-facing teams
  • You are fluent in German (prequisite) and English
  • You are highly computer literate
  • You are happy to travel
  • Day to day remote location to Berlin (Germany based) would be accepted
