Required Qualifications:
College or University degree in a related field is preferred.
Prior sales experience in the financial services industry, ideally with familiarity in advisor practice management.
Knowledge of Wealth Management products (Annuities & Segregated Funds) and an understanding of global financial markets.
Successful completion of industry related courses such as CSC, IFIC, CFP (or working towards completion of industry related courses) is preferred.

The compensation for this role includes salary and sales incentives and is expected to be between
$73,500.00 CAD - $103,500.00 CAD
Employees participate in sales incentive programs and earn incentive compensation based on role-specific criteria. Actual compensation will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, local market conditions as well as relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
