Job Summary
Hudson Manpower is looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our global client portfolio across Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Marine, and Industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international manpower/recruitment sales and must be capable of independently generating new clients, developing long-term business relationships, and securing manpower contracts across GCC, India, Europe, Russia, Singapore, and other international markets.
The role requires a strong understanding of global recruitment, workforce mobilization, client servicing, and business expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for manpower recruitment and staffing services globally.
- Develop business opportunities in:
- Oil & Gas
- EPC
- Construction
- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- Hospitality
- Marine & Shipyard
- Infrastructure Projects
- Generate direct client requirements for white-collar and blue-collar manpower.
- Build strong relationships with:
- HR Managers
- Procurement Teams
- Hiring Managers
- Project Directors
- Vendor Management Teams
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and business conferences.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain strong follow-up and account management with existing clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and industrial companies.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Expand Hudson Manpower’s international presence and market reach.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in manpower/recruitment business development.
- Strong client network in Gulf, India, Europe, Russia, Singapore, or international markets.
- Experience dealing with industries such as:
- Oil & Gas
- EPC
- Construction
- Manufacturing
- Hospitality
- Industrial Projects
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and staffing processes.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert clients.
- Experience in contract negotiation and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of international manpower mobilization and recruitment compliance.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Experience working with international clients and multicultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network with EPC contractors, industrial companies, or manpower buyers.
- Experience in GCC recruitment markets.
- Knowledge of workforce mobilization and visa processes.
- Prior experience in staffing/recruitment agencies preferred.
- International travel readiness.
