AI Growth & Studio Scaling Lead (Zurich)

ppWe're TomFit, an AI-native physical health company building our own training machine, software platform and studio network. We combine strength training, diagnostics and AI to create highly personalised training experiences. We currently operate three hubs and are scaling to 10 studios across Zürich over the next 12 months. The machine exists. The software exists. The studios are opening. Now we need someone to help us fill them. /ph3The Role /h3pWe're looking for someone who can help TomFit grow from 3 studios to 10. /ppYou’ll sit at the intersection of growth, content, community and AI. /ppYou’ll spend time understanding why people join TomFit, what makes them stay, and how we can turn those insights into repeatable systems that help every new studio succeed. /ppPart of your role will be running and optimising growth campaigns across Meta and Google.
