Location Spangdahlem, Germany – ON-SITE, IN-PERSON POSITION Responsibilities Promote the University and its programs through participation in college fairs, unit briefings, community events, and other outreach activities, with emphasis on target audiences, mobile office hours, and military installations. Build and maintain strong relationships with civilian organizations, military partners, and the local Education Services Officer (ESO) within the Education Center environment. Ensure timely completion and submission of registration activities, end-of-term processes, and student account collections as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data in Campus Solutions (CS) and Campus Imaging systems, including appropriate documentation in CS comment screens. Monitor enrollment trends and support reporting activities related to campus operations and performance metrics. Enforce all University policies and procedures consistently across campus operations. Serve in an acting leadership capacity for the Campus Director and/or Associate Campus Director as needed, ensuring continuity of operations with minimal supervision. Maintain a professional presence and demonstrate strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills in all campus interactions. Collaborate closely with the Campus Director in support of campus operations, including active participation in required training and effective use of University systems and tools. Provide student services including academic advising, counseling, degree mapping, preparation of unofficial evaluations, maintenance of student records, and follow-up on student accounts receivable. Maintain regular in-person contact with prospective, new, and continuing students in alignment with the Campus Communications timeline to support retention efforts. Support student retention initiatives in collaboration with campus leadership. Prepare reports and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with established procedures. Assist in monitoring and processing campus budget expenditures and ensure proper safeguarding of University assets. Support overall campus financial integrity to ensure operations remain audit-ready at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of campus operations and success. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range. Qualifications Associate degree or completion of 18+ months of education after high school. Must be a U.S. Citizen and have SOFA status. 0–1 years of related work experience. Strong analytical skills with an in-depth understanding of information systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet-based tools. Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on student and stakeholder engagement. Working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Aviation background or related experience preferred. Experience working in higher education, student services, or military education environments is a plus.
