Your Role (can be hired in the US, Germany, UK or Switzerland)

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in science, data science, mathematics or similar required
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in drug development in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Phase I – III study design and/or operational feasibility, operational planning, enrollment scenario modeling, etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, persuade & negotiate
- Demonstrated success managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player; demonstrated success working with geographically dispersed teams within a matrix organization
- Experience with clinical development in a biopharmaceutical R&D setting; experience in oncology, neurology, or immunology a plus
