This is an office-based role within a strategic procurement office where you can add genuine value and have a significant impact. /p pThis role will support strategic sourcing activities across a global portfolio of pharmaceutical products, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver commercial value, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure continuity of supply across international markets. /p pbKey responsibilities as Category Manager include: /b /p ul liSupport strategic sourcing initiatives across a portfolio of generic pharmaceutical products /li liAssist with supplier negotiations, contract management, and commercial programs to deliver cost savings and value creation /li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, ensuring service, quality, and supply continuity /li liSupport competitive tender processes, pricing analysis and market intelligence activities /li liCollaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve supplier and commercial issues /li liContribute to category planning, reporting, and strategic projects across the wider procurement function /li /ul pbThe ideal candidate profile: /b /p ul liDegree qualified with experience in Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain, or the pharmaceutical industry /li liUnderstanding of sourcing in a Pharmaceutical environment, or healthcare procurement is highly desirable /li liCommercially minded with experience supporting supplier negotiations and contract management /li liStrong analytical skills with experience using Excel and other reporting tools /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships /li liFluent in English, with willingness to travel internationally on occasion /li /ul pEMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
