Accountant
to manage local statutory compliance, Swiss GAAP FER reporting, and act as the primary liaison for Swiss authorities.
Your Responsibilities
Compliance Lead:
Own the preparation and filing of all Swiss corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax declarations
Financial Reporting:
Maintain the general ledger under
Swiss GAAP FER
and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial statements
Fixed Asset Management:
Oversee the fixed asset register for the new Lucerne office, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Liaison:
Serve as the first point of contact for the Swiss Commercial Register, SFTA, and cantonal tax authorities
Candidate Profile
3+ years of hands-on experience in Swiss accounting and tax compliance
Fluent in
German
(written and spoken) to effectively communicate across global time zones
Proficient in SAP or similar enterprise-level accounting software
Solution-oriented, thrives in a "transition" environment, and enjoys working independently while staying connected to a global team
