As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
Locations: Lucerne, Basel and Geneva.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in recruitment.
Your Key Responsibilities as a Branch Manager:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support to achieve KPIs
- Develop and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Track and report on branch performance, including financial metrics and recruitment outcomes
