Commercial and Revenue Analyst EMEA Recruitment have been engaged to recruit on behalf of a premium organisation within the travel industry.
We are seeking a dynamic regional commercial professional who can act as a technical and strategic business partner to the global commercial team.
The company will offer the chance to support and drive commercial performance across the EMEA region whilst optimising net revenue and market margin.
The role also offers the opportunity to work closely with senior team members, owning and advancing the automation of reporting, dashboards, and digital tools for the global team.
This role will be based in Switzerland on a hybrid model and will work closely with regional leadership, ensuring that commercial priorities and revenue targets are aligned with broader corporate financial goals.
As the organisation is a fast-paced, multi-market travel provider undergoing an internal systems redesign, the role will be suited to someone who possesses both commercial acumen and technical capability.
You will need to balance revenue management and pricing strategies with a hands‑on approach to Power BI dashboard creation and data computation.

The main duties of the Commercial and Revenue Analyst are: Manage pricing, margin optimisation and revenue integrity for the EMEA market, aligning regional targets with broader corporate financial goals.
Lead euro‑denominated pricing and promotional loading the company portfolio.
Monitor booking trends, competitor activity and distressed inventory to propose tactical pricing, promotional, and sales policy actions.
Own and improve reporting on sales and discounting, collaborating with data teams to drive Power BI dashboard building and AI‑enabled approaches.
Partner with global stakeholders across international markets to align trading priorities.
Prepare and contribute to trading meetings, providing actionable recommendations and rapid, same‑day data support for board and owner requests.
Required skills for the Commercial and Revenue Analyst role: Practical experience in revenue management, margin optimisation, pricing and forecasting within a relevant commercial sector.
Demonstrable experience building Power BI dashboards and a strong interest in process improvement, data computation, and digital automation.
Willingness to learn and proactively challenge traditional processes within deadlines.
Ability to articulate data‑driven ideas effectively within a dispersed global team.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related commercial discipline, ideally backed by 3–5 years of relevant experience.
