As a Plant Controller, Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee production and maintenance controlling , ensuring financial transparency and efficiency
- Lead monthly closings, forecasts, and budgeting processes , delivering variance analyses and reports
- Drive the product costing process , collaborating closely with department heads
- Provide financial evaluation for investment projects , preparing key data for decision-making
- Act as a trusted business partner , supporting cross-functional teams with strategic insights
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of experience in business controlling, ideally in an international manufacturing company
- Strong expertise in production controlling; experience in product costing is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (CO/FI/MM) and MS Office (Excel, Power BI)
- Fluency in German and very good English skills are essential
