Client Development Director at EMEA Recruitment

EMEA Recruitment is working with a transforming manufacturing business in its search for a Plant Controller to be based on site in Seewis or Schaffhausen HQ.

Joining this innovative business, you’ll work in a standalone role liaising with head office.

The successful applicant will have strong experience in Plant Controlling within manufacturing, speak fluent German, and be able to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment.

Duties of the Plant Controller will include:

1. Manage product cost accounting, standard cost accounting
2. Maintain and build strong working relationship across all departments
3. Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
4. Review and implement new processes within Controlling
5. Ensure compliance standards are adhered to

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
2. Minimum of 4 years working in manufacturing within Plant Controlling
3. Fluent in German and English
4. Excellent knowledge of SAP
