This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a high-performing finance team in a role with a strong emphasis on core Financial Planning Analysis activities. /b /ppUnlike broader finance transformation or project-focused positions, this role is centred around traditional FPA responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. /liliDeliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders. /liliSupport quarterly reporting cycles and provide meaningful commentary on business performance. /liliDevelop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making. /liliIdentify key risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve financial outcomes. /liliSupport corporate planning activities and senior leadership reporting requirements. /liliDrive continuous improvement within FPA processes, reporting, and analytics. /liliCollaborate closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to ensure accurate and consistent reporting. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliDegree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. /liliApproximately 8-10 years' experience within FPA, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance roles. /liliStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance reporting. /liliUS GAAP knowledge /liliExcellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities. /liliExperience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or other complex operational environments is preferred. /liliHands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating within a lean and collaborative finance team. /liliFluent English language skills are essential. /li /ulpbEMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
