Consultant – HR Division in Switzerland –
EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a multinational business in their search for a Senior HR Manager.
This position will be based in Basel, the ideal candidate will need to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
We are looking for a driven professional with a mix of HR managerial and Business Partnering experience in a multi-national environment to undertake the responsibility of leading business-wide initiatives and projects.
You will be part of an exciting business who are looking to enter a strong growth and transformational phase, acting as a key member to this.
Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager:
- Define the HR function through partnering with both local and global teams
- Development of HR processes and strategies including implementation of new initiatives and optimisation of current processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance department to coordinate budgeting and planning
- Oversight and responsibility of the full employee lifecycle as well as driving employer branding, succession planning, talent management and cultural development
- Proven experience in Human Resources roles in German-speaking environments, with a deep understanding of German labor laws, HR regulations, and cultural nuances in employee management.
Required skills/experience:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at varying levels and geographical regions
- Prior experience in improving processes and initiating change
- High level knowledge of and desire to manage the full employee life cycle
- Proficient in English and German is mandatory
