The Senior HR Manager will lead HR operations across a dual-structured plant environment, working closely with key stakeholders across business units and shared services.
The successful candidate will manage complex team structures and play a vital role in supporting workforce engagement, compliance, and HR initiatives within a matrix organization.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale manufacturing site, where you will drive HR strategy in alignment with plant operations and collaborate closely with senior leadership. Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager:
- Lead strategy, HR operations, and team management across two distinct business units within a shared plant structure
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, supporting business goals through strategic HR partnering
- Oversee employee relations and liaise with Works Councils to maintain a collaborative and compliant workplace
- Support the Head of HR in ensuring effective team leadership, succession planning, and operational HR excellence
Candidate profile:
- Solid background in HR leadership within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proven ability to manage and develop diverse HR teams in a matrix organization
- Strong experience working with German Works Councils and handling employee relations at scale
- Commercial mindset with a focus on operational excellence and long-term people strategy
