we are looking for a motivated specialist as
Customer Service Technician – 100%
Tasks: Maintenance, installation, commissioning and repair of pumps as well as general service work at the customer’s site in Switzerland
Conducting technical training for customers on site and new employees
Preparation of deployment reports and technical documentation after work on site
Repairs, overhauls and general service work at our location
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in case of technical problems
Feedback on quality issues encountered at the customer to continuously improve our products
Frequent business trips within Switzerland; occasional assignments abroad (max. 15%)
Active promotion of our company image and our services to customers
Continuous training in cooperation with the supervisor, especially on new technical solutions
Profile and Competences: Completed vocational training as a mechanic with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service is an advantage
Good
German skills
(at least
C1
) and good
English skills
(
B2)
; additional languages are an advantage
Confident and professional interaction with customers, partners, suppliers and internal contacts
Independent, reliable and flexible working style as well as openness to new tasks
Strong customer and service orientation
Good ability to prioritise tasks and handle urgent matters
A residence permit according to Art. 15 NIV is a great plus
Driving licence category B
