We are an internationally renowned industrial company headquartered in Cressier, near Neuchâtel. We design, develop, and manufacture centrifugal pumps and control valves, which we supply to demanding sectors such as industry, chemistry, and wastewater management.
In order to strengthen our IT department, we are looking for an:
IT Applications Analyst – 100%
You will play a key role in driving the development, optimization, support and overall management of business applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Your mission is to ensure that applications meet current and future business needs while enhancing operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration and customization of applications according to the organizational needs
- Ensure all applications comply with defined policies and corporate standards
- Lead IT application-related projects (under 6 months’ duration and of medium complexity)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing second-level support to end-users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into application requirements
- Design, establish and operate governance related to managed applications
- Develop and maintain a backlog of change requests and facilitate the prioritization according to the system governance
- Develop and manage collaboration with external partners involved into the application management
- Lead the development, testing and deployment of application updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Create and maintain the relevant documentation related to the managed applications
- Coordinate and provide training and support for key application users as needed
- Contribute to IT risk management process
Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3–6 years of experience in managing Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge in IT Service Management Processes based on ITIL
- Strong knowledge of Product Management processes
- Working knowledge of security and application development processes
- Working knowledge of Business analysis and process modelling
- Good overall understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions management
- Professional Application-related certifications would be a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize requirements
- Strong customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent ability to collaborate with a local and global team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Additional Information
- Travel to a limited extend to execute IT related activities
- Availability to work outside regular business hours, including weekends, for maintenance or project tasks
- Participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours support
