Overview
In this role you will own the Austria e-commerce sales performance end-to-end, shaping the category strategy for mattresses, beds and accessories. You’ll drive profitability through P&L ownership, pricing excellence, and portfolio management while collaborating with global teams on launches and go-to-market initiatives. You’ll coordinate lifecycle plans, campaigns, and merchandising with cross-functional partners to optimize conversion and cost structure. This position sits in Emma’s Europe E-commerce team, offering exposure to senior leadership and the chance to scale the Austrian market in a fast-growing D2C brand.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own the P&L of all 3 product categories in Austria with focus on profitable growth
- Define and execute the category strategy for mattresses, beds, and accessories
- Drive local pricing strategy to maximize revenue and margin
- Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for new product launches in Austria
- Manage full product lifecycle with phase-ins/outs for portfolio evolution
- Run campaign and commercial planning in alignment with Marketing
- Partner with regional webshop team to improve digital conversion
- Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing to optimize cost structure and supply performance
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Fluency in English and German
- 4+ years in Category Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting in e-commerce/retail/consumer goods
- Proven P&L ownership or significant contribution to commercial performance
- Strategic, analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
