Overview
In this senior role you will shape Emma’s ERP finance backbone using Microsoft Dynamics 365, while leading a team of Functional Managers. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Finance to design scalable, compliant finance solutions and continuously improve the platform. You’ll manage governance, releases, and roadmaps, staying ahead of new D365 capabilities. This is an opportunity to influence global finance operations in a fast-growing, international company.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own end-to-end solution design for finance processes in MS Dynamics 365 (FSCM/BC) and recommend best practices
- Translate business needs into practical designs through workshops with Business Consultants
- Guide delivery by configuring ERP finance modules and coordinating developers, consultants and partners
- Set up governance for configuration management, environments, testing and release management with traceability
- Lead, coach and develop the Functional Managers team and drive functional leadership
- Keep ERP platforms future-ready by tracking D365 FSCM/BC releases and shaping long-term roadmaps
- Drive continuous improvement to simplify, standardize, and automate processes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Deep D365 Finance expertise with several years as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant
- Experience across FSCM (and/or BC) implementations, migrations, or major rollouts
- Leadership experience with Functional Managers or senior consultants
- End-to-end understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C mapped to D365 Finance functionality
- Clear communicator able to write solution design documents
- Experience with Agile delivery in enterprise environments
