Overview
In this role you lead physical bed product development across Europe, APAC and LATAM, from concept to production. You work hands-on with 3D models to design and validate, while steering the full development cycle and coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams. You will test products with external institutes and drive diversification of the Beds category. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role in a global, collaborative company that values ownership and continuous learning.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own end-to-end bed product development from concept to production across regions
- Design and iterate using SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modelling tools
- Run project management across the full development cycle and align stakeholders
- Lead product testing with external institutes and act on results
- Manage supplier relationships within a global manufacturing network
- Collaborate with Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Quality, Production and Planning
- Drive diversification of the Beds category across APAC and LATAM
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production or Design Engineering
- 2+ years of hands-on physical product development experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modelling tool
- Strong project and time management skills
- Clear, concise communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to learn new domain (beds and foam)
- Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus
