Overview
As Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will own the stability, security, and efficiency of Emma's IT infrastructure. You’ll lead identity, cloud, and endpoint initiatives to enable cross-functional teams and protect access. You’ll automate and optimize operations, mentor junior engineers, and drive strategic IT projects in a fast-paced, international environment. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage Identity Provider (Microsoft Entra) and oversee Office 365 and Microsoft Azure security and optimization
- Lead device and endpoint management across Windows and Mac via Intune; drive policy rollouts
- Drive IT operations through scripting and automation; mentor junior sysadmins
- Collaborate on cross-team projects to sharpen business processes and align with company goals
- Make autonomous, strategic architectural decisions that support scalable growth
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in a similar IT role
- Strong depth in Azure and Intune
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, proactive mindset; prefers building fixes over describing them
- Solid scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)
