What you’ll do:
- Provide CFO-level partnership to our Business, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, leading annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and rolling forecasts for these organizations.
- Partner with senior leaders and promote data-centric business steering to drive sustainable growth.
- Implement & track key performance indicators and financial metrics, delivering actionable insights, identifying trends, and addressing risks and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Finance Insights team consisting of ca. 20 Emmies located across the globe: fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence.
- Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process enhancements within the function, leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices.
Who you are:
- You are a business leader aspiring to make Emma the leading sleep brand through strategic finance decisions, analysis, and insights.
- You have +15 years of experience in financial services, banking, audit, or related fields.
- You have +7 years of management experience, including building and leading high-performing teams.
- You are proactive, self-reliant, and have a hands-on work mentality, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field through in-depth knowledge.
- You are a highly-efficient collaborator with stakeholders (Commercial and Operations teams).
- You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
