Your Role

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving our expansion within the IoT industry in Europe, running the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and consultative selling to closing deals and nurturing long-term relationships. We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated professionals to lead the way to building and executing sales strategies.

Engaging with top-tier tech companies in logistics, energy, and other cutting-edge sectors, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining deep insights into our industry and shaping the future of emnify’s GTM strategy.

The position is primarily based in emnify’s office in Berlin.

Your Goals

  • Successfully win the first clients through your own prospecting within the first 6 months
  • Generate a regular MRR with your clients summing up to a 6-digit sales volume in the first 12 months

Your Impact

  • Help shape our outbound sales strategy, working alongside Pre-Sales, Pricing, Legal, Product, Customer Success as well as Network Access, and open new market opportunities
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and engage with technical stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor for your customers
  • Bring in high-value customers, and contribute to a collaborative and performance-driven team culture
  • Be part of a strong, and collaborative sales culture, shaping the way we do business and setting the foundation for emnify’s next phase of growth

Your Skills

  • Fluent in German and English. Additional languages are of advantage
  • A natural ability to grasp technical topics, even without a background in IoT or telecom, and communicate complex solutions effectively
  • A self-starter mentality, driven by results, with a proactive approach to finding and winning new business
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders

Whereas our GTM organization in the US is completely remote because there is no hub for them yet. We offer professional relocation services, employer of record and remote working policy. The moment when you sign our contract your onboarding journey starts. Depending on your notice period, you can start with us 14 working days after signing.
