We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our Security team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and compliance of our systems and operations. You will balance governance, risk, and compliance responsibilities with a solid understanding of technical security. Your contributions will help maintain our strong security posture while aligning with our business goals.
Location: Berlin (flexible, with in-office presence a few days per week)
Your Impact
- Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) , aligning with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC2 Type II standards.
- Coordinate and manage annual security audits , including risk assessments, audit preparation, and certification processes.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across our systems, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor and respond to potential threats by utilizing security tools and threat intelligence, contributing to incident response and investigation efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, legal, and business teams to ensure security measures meet compliance and business needs.
Your Skills
- Technical Competency : Experience with technical security practices such as penetration testing, incident response, and an understanding of cyber-attack TTPs.
- Effective Communication : Ability to communicate security-related topics to technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring messages effectively.
- Domain Proficiency : Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC2 Type II, GDPR, and NIS2, with experience implementing and managing an ISMS.
- Adaptability : Ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate delays, and adjust plans to align with dynamic business and security requirements.
- Problem Solving : Skilled in addressing compliance and security challenges, writing production-ready documentation, and contributing to cross-functional improvements.
