We are looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced HR Manager to join our passionate, growing team in Germany.
Based in Berlin with regular travel to Frankfurt, you will report to the Country Managing Director with a dotted line to the Group HR Director, providing a full HR business partnering service to Site Directors, managing Country HR Operations, and supporting the development and implementation of the global HR agenda. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a rapidly growing company.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising the Country Managing Director and Site Directors on all local HR matters, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Country labor laws and employment practices.
- Supporting the Group HR Director on the development and implementation of global HR initiatives.
- Managing all Country HR Operations including payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding.
- Overseeing the implementation of the new HRIS and managing the migration of employee data.
- Leading the embedding of Progress PACT (People, Access, Collaboration, Truth) – our company promise to our patients, partners, and teams – and supporting the rebranding and cultural assimilation of emovis to FutureMedsGermany.
Ihr Profil
What’s important for us:
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent.
- 3-5 years‘ experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of German labor law and working practices.
- Fluency in English & German.
- Confident operating in a stand-alone role partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders.
What’s nice to have but not a must:
- Experience of using and migrating HR systems.
- Experience of supporting cultural assimilation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment with limited structure and supervision.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to flex in line with operational requirements.
