Fully Funded PhD: Atmospheric Plastic Aerosol Science

EMPA - Eidgenössische Materialprüfungs- und Forschungsanstalt invites applications for a fully funded PhD position in atmospheric science focusing on emerging plastic aerosol particles. The research, conducted in Dübendorf, will contribute to understanding the environmental impacts of micro- and nano-sized plastic particles. The successful candidate will work with Empa's cutting-edge infrastructure and receive support from both Empa and ETH Zurich, starting in September 2026.
