The project aims to explore plasmonic enhancement of near-infrared (NIR)-emitting organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) and to advance the understanding and performance of next-generation NIR optoelectronic devices.You will become part of a strong and highly interdisciplinary research environment, bringing together expertise in theory, nanoparticle science, OLED technology, and organic chemistry.
