Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Sales and Service Cloud experience, including skills in working with a global team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.
Our client is looking for strong candidates with good experience in stakeholder management and client-facing meetings, providing solutions.
The Salesforce Business Analyst for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud will leverage industry experience to improve Salesforce solutions, and help resolve, mitigate issues, and manage risks as they arise.
Skills / Experience
- 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
- Strong Salesforce Business Analyst expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proven leadership skills demonstrating judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making
Certifications
- Sales and/or Service Cloud Certification
