Salesforce Solution Architect – Sales and Service Cloud – Hybrid / Remote – Germany

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong Sales and Service Cloud experience, including skills in leading a global team through the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.

Our client is seeking candidates with substantial stakeholder management experience and extensive client-facing solution provision.

The Sales and Service Cloud Architect will leverage industry experience to enhance Salesforce solutions, resolve and mitigate issues and risks, and document Salesforce solution designs.

Skills / Experience

1. 10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
2. Strong expertise in Salesforce Architecture, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
3. Proficiency in Lightning / Communities, APEX, Visualforce, Process Builder, Triggers, CSS, HTML, Web Services, and custom coding
4. Experience in writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements
5. Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with third-party applications
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
7. Proven leadership skills demonstrating judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making
8. Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
