€70,000-€85,000 base salary

Location: Munich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Cologne, or Berlin (hybrid)

Empiric is partnering with one of the world's most reputable employers. This business are looking for a promising individual who may have had some experience leading teams or projects, who can grow into an HRIT Workstream Lead.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a step up, diving deeper into HR IT architecture, implementations, and migrations – across a variety of SuccessFactors modules. Here, you will have the support of a seasoned manager, helping you to become a fully fledged Workstream Lead.

You would get your hands on SAP SuccessFactors integrations and data migrations, as well as end-to-end greenfield implementation projects.

Requirements :

• German speaking (minimum professional level proficiency)
• 2+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central is ideal.
• Experience in some form of leadership experience – for example leading teams, projects, etc.
• Consulting experience is ideal but not essential.
• Experience in integration and data migration is ideal but not essential.
