We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a strong technical background, exceptional client-facing skills, and the ability to work proactively within German-speaking enterprise environments. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions, guiding customers through technical and functional decisions, and supporting pre‑sales engagements where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow modules across multiple functional areas.
- Engage directly with customers in the DACH region to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop, customize, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications using strong JavaScript and scripting expertise.
- Provide advisory support to clients with a strong business mindset and high level of social competence.
- Contribute to pre‑sales activities—including solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical demonstrations—where required.
- Work proactively to foster growth within German accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best‑practice implementations and high service quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience in technical consulting roles.
- Very strong JavaScript / scripting capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with clients, gathering requirements and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
- Broad, modular ServiceNow background (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Native‑level German language skills—written and spoken.
- Strong social skills, open personality, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work fully remote while maintaining high collaboration standards.
- Experience supporting pre‑sales activities is highly valuable.
Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – required
- Additional certifications (CIS, CAD, etc.) are a plus.
