- Performs repetitive maintenance, visual quality inspections, and manual assembly/disassembly of ammunition and components on a production line. Operates preset pneumatic/electric machinery and stencil equipment under Quality Assurance supervision.
- Executes receipt, storage, classification, and shipping tasks. Regularly operates various material handling equipment (such as forklifts under 10,000 lbs, warehouse tractors, and side shifters) to safely transport conventional ammunition.
- Assists in destroying unserviceable or deteriorated explosives and ammunition via detonation or burning. Responsible for securing demolition areas, laying out items for furnaces/pits, priming charges with safety fuses, and conducting post-destruction safety sweeps.
- Performs heavy physical labor, including loading/unloading trucks and railcars, stacking, palletizing, blocking, and bracing conventional ammunition shipments using hand and power tools (e.g., banding machines, chainsaws, nailing guns).
- Conducts care of materials in storage by removing rust/corrosion, mixing paints, repainting shipping boxes, and utilizing brush, roller, or spray equipment to apply precise markings and stencils IAW technical drawings.
- Accomplishes manual labor tasks such as stock sorting and segregation. Conducts physical inventory counts when needed, posts magazine data cards, and compiles supply summary sheets to expedite movement processes.

- If requirement exists, the incumbent of this position is obligated to perform TDY within and outside Germany, shift work, weekend and holiday work.
- Employee must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs/28 kg.
- German driver's license class B and forklift operator license desired.
- English Language Proficiency level A1 AND German Language Proficiency level B1 required.
