- Design Cultural Lesson Plans: Create and update cultural lesson units for elementary students in cooperation with other educators, aligning instruction with established curriculum guidelines.
- Instruct Cultural and Social Studies: Teach elementary students the history, government, economy, geography, and social structures of the host nation using interactive methods like art, music, games, and media.
- Provide Basic Language Instruction: Deliver introductory language lessons to students to help them communicate and interact effectively during community activities and field trips.
- Monitor and Record Student Progress: Maintain accurate student attendance logs, evaluate individual student performance, adapt lessons to meet student needs, and provide regular progress updates to partner teachers.
- Coordinate Educational Field Trips: Plan, organize, and execute local field trips and community excursions to give students direct, hands-on experience with the host nation's culture.
- Establish Community and School Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local schools and organizations to arrange student exchange events, joint classes, and shared educational programs.

Basic Qualification Requirement:
Completion of at least first state examination for teaching at elementary, junior or senior high school level. (German Cultural/Regional Studies, Social Science, History, German preferred).

- Main part of annual leave must be taken during school breaks.

- English AND German Language Proficiency Level C1 required.
