We provide integrated solutions across ocean and air freight, contract and project logistics, customs, warehousing and distribution, eCommerce, and supply chain management.
We are looking for a Head of Global Tender & Contract Management to lead our global Tender Management function and play a key role in supporting Noatum Logistics’ commercial growth.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, this role will lead a global team of tender management professionals and oversee complex, strategic opportunities across geographies, products, and transport modes. The position will be responsible for driving consistency, governance, and excellence across the end-to-end tender and contract management process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, competitive, and customer-focused proposals.
Working in close partnership with Sales, Product, Pricing, Solutions Design, Legal, and Operations, the role will develop winning tender strategies, ensure customer requirements are fully addressed, manage commercial risks, and effectively communicate Noatum Logistics’ value proposition.
As our global subject matter expert for Tender Management and Contract Governance, you will also champion best practices, continuous improvement, and process excellence across the organization.

Minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, Contract Management, Commercial Excellence, Business Development, or a related commercial function.
- Proven experience managing complex international or global tenders within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Previous experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of global logistics products and services, including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Contract Logistics, and Integrated Supply Chain Solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams across different regions and cultures.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities, identify customer value propositions, and manage contractual risks.
- Experience working with CRM, Tender Management, and business intelligence platforms.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an advantage.
