Sociocultural Animator HES or Social Educator ES

The Résidence d’Aigle is a medico-social establishment, with a mission compatible with geriatric and psycho-geriatric care. With a capacity of 77 beds, it accommodates elderly residents for both long and short stays. It also has a temporary reception centre.
To complete the animation team, we are looking for:
Sociocultural Animator HES or Social Educator ES
Your profile:
- Bachelor HES in sociocultural animation or ES diploma or equivalent qualification - Professional experience with elderly people or in the medico-social field, an asset - Ability to develop and lead animation projects adapted to diverse audiences. - Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of listening and empathy. - Initiative, creativity and autonomy. - Aptitude to work in an interdisciplinary team. - Proficiency in common IT tools (Carefolio would be a plus).
Your main tasks:
- Design, organise and lead individual and group activities promoting autonomy, social participation and the fulfilment of residents and beneficiaries. - Assess the needs, expectations and resources of residents and users of the CAT. - Develop innovative animation projects in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. - Participate in the development and monitoring of personalised support projects. - Encourage intergenerational exchanges and openness to local life. - Collaborate with relatives, volunteers and external partners. - Ensure administrative follow-up related to activities and contribute to the service’s quality procedures. - Contribute to the development of residents’ and users’ quality of life by initiating and coordinating projects related to emerging ageing issues, particularly affective and sexual life, intimacy, social relationships and spirituality, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and relevant partners. - Participation in the administrative management and interprofessional networks of the CAT
