We are recruiting a:
CRS Health Assistant From 80% to 100%
You identify with the following profile:
- CRS Health Assistant certificate or training deemed equivalent - Strong interest in supporting elderly people, with initial experience in the field (an asset) - Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, with kindness and respect - Energy, empathy and good listening skills - Motivation to actively contribute to the well-being of residents
You want to:
- Provide quality support to residents for their daily life activities (toileting, meals, mobility, etc.) - Help maintain and improve residents’ autonomy by promoting humane and respectful care - Work closely with the care team members to ensure appropriate care - Participate in the life of the institution while respecting its values and objectives
