To strengthen our care team, we are recruiting a:
Nurse between 80% and 100%
You identify with the following profile:
- A HES Bachelor in Nursing or a diploma deemed equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross - Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities in a multidisciplinary environment - Relational qualities, empathy and ease in communication - Experience in geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics - Motivation, desire to learn every day and to share skills and knowledge
Your responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care and ensure the safety of residents - Ensure compliance with professional standards and rules in force within the institution - Analyse needs and propose appropriate solutions, be innovative - Actively participate in organising the work of the care unit in collaboration with the IRUS or the ICA/IC - Support caregivers, apprentices and trainees - Manage administrative tasks
