We are recruiting:
Social and Educational Assistant (ASE)
You identify with the following profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Social and Educational Assistant (ASE), have at least 3 years of professional experience and are committed to contributing to the well-being of the residents. - You demonstrate creativity and initiative to organise and lead activities that enhance our residents. - You enjoy working in a team and adapting to the needs of each individual, whether residents or colleagues. - You have a strong interest in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics and human relations, and are ready to invest yourself in a multidisciplinary environment. - You hold a driving licence.
You wish to:
- Participate in the implementation of social and cultural activities for the residents. - Contribute to the facilitation of individual, collective and institutional activities linked to the projects defined by the animation team. - Support residents in maintaining their autonomy and abilities, taking into account their needs and wishes. - Collaborate with the various sectors of the establishment and actively participate in the service’s projects.
