We seek your expertise to support the development of Energy Portfolio Management at Encavis AG.

Your sunny outlook:

• Building a position reporting system and revenue tracking
• Enhancing existing software projects with IT partners for portfolio digitization

Hedging strategy:

• Developing new hedging strategies using stochastic models and backtesting
• Monitoring short-term hedging strategies
• Following market price developments and fundamental drivers

Risk assessments:

• Quantifying market, portfolio, and delivery risks for PPA structures
• Developing PPA pricing models
• Evaluating financial hedging instruments like options and battery tollings

Qualifications:

• Degree in natural sciences, economics, statistics, or related fields
• Passion for renewables and energy transition; >1 year practical experience preferred
• Data manipulation skills with SQL, R, Python; data visualization with Power BI, ggplot2, etc.
• Experience in renewables revenue reporting and risk modeling
• Strong team player with good communication in German and English
