Lead iOS Developer (m/w/d)

Job Description

You will take over the technical leadership for the further development of our White-Label product, define the architecture of new features and ensure the quality of existing functions.

• You will lead the iOS team, share your knowledge in code reviews and set standards through established best practices.
• You will keep our Tech-Stack up to date and make strategic decisions for iOS development – completely native with Swift, without legacy issues.
• You will be responsible for optimizing and further developing our delivery processes: You will use Bitrise and Fastlane for deployment, ensure sustainable code quality through structured code reviews and automated tests with CircleCI and Mergeable.
• You will coordinate the deployment of test versions via TestFlight and monitor stability and performance with Crashlytics.
• You will develop and establish best practices for iOS development and use custom tools to further optimize the development process.
• You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams (Tech, PO, Design, Customer Success, Account Management) and bring your expertise from conception to implementation.

Your Background

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a lead position, lead your technical stack, write excellent code and deliver high-quality solutions.
• You have in-depth technical knowledge in the iOS ecosystem – Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, Bitrise, Fastlane, CI/CD (e.g. CircleCI) and test strategies.
• You have already made architectural decisions, led reviews and guided teams in implementation.
• You have successfully developed and published apps for a large audience.
• You are proactive, take responsibility and have fun bringing new technologies and best practices into the team.
• Independence, initiative and reliability characterize you.
• You have excellent English skills and can move safely in a cross-functional team.
