We are looking for ambitious, self-employed Commercial Agents who want to represent one of the world's leading brands in aesthetic medical technology and build their own successful business.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B customers within your assigned territory.
- Build long-term relationships with aesthetic clinics, physicians, physiotherapy practices, wellness centres and premium beauty institutes.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and consultations.
- Represent Endospheres at customer meetings, workshops and industry events.
- Work closely with our sales, marketing and clinical training teams to drive sustainable growth.
Who We're Looking For
- Self-employed Commercial Agent (Handelsvertreter) or experienced B2B sales professional.
- Existing network in beauty, medical aesthetics, healthcare or medical devices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales.
- Fluent German and willingness to travel within your territory.
What We Offer
- Independent long-term commercial partnership.
- Earn up to 15% commission on successful sales, depending on the agreed commercial conditions.
- Quarterly performance bonus of up to €5,500 for outstanding sales results, subject to the applicable bonus programme and target achievement.
