Overview
As Head of Capital Investments Procurement, you will steer the global supplier network and shape the investment procurement strategy for the Flow division. You lead a seven-person team and partner with engineering, production, and management to drive a modern, innovation-oriented procurement organization. You influence major capital projects and optimize supplier integration into project workflows. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Capital Investments Procurement department and coach a team of seven
- Shape the department's future with an innovation-oriented procurement strategy
- Define commodity group and supplier strategies
- Manage suppliers at Reinach site and support supplier development in China, India, USA, and France
- Collaborate with strategic purchasing managers, construction, manufacturing, and industrial engineering teams
- Develop optimized processes and ensure smooth integration of suppliers into project workflows
