Overview
In this role, you drive procurement strategy for construction services and oversee end-to-end purchasing for strategic investment projects. You will shape supplier strategies, manage negotiations, and ensure cost optimization and risk control across global sites. Your work directly supports project delivery for new builds, conversions, and refurbishments, contributing to the company’s sustainable, long-term vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key procurement contact, delivering measurable value and scalability.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction services focusing on cost optimization and risk management
- Manage procurement of strategic investment projects including new builds, conversions and refurbishments
- Oversee end-to-end procurement process from demand identification to invoice verification, including negotiations and contract management
- Act as a key point of contact for procurement topics across global production sites
- Develop and manage supplier portfolio and evaluate suppliers on performance, quality and reliability
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support site planning activities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Construction, Facility Management or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction services and international environment
- Solid knowledge of RFI/RFP processes and CapEx investment environment; SIA standards an advantage
- Analytical and structured working style with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Confident communication and effective negotiation in German and English; French a plus
- Independent, proactive attitude with ability to stay organized under time pressure
