Overview: This is a well established onshore wind developer in Germany, backed by a London based institutional asset manager. The business develops, builds and operates onshore wind parks, and was an early mover in southern Germany, where it remains one of the few active players. It holds recognised industry accreditations for responsible wind energy and environmental management.
The team is young, interdisciplinary and refreshingly flat in structure, with genuine room for people to take ownership. The business has moved from developing projects to delivering them, with two projects currently in construction and a clear multi year pipeline behind them.
Why they are hiring
With two projects in construction and around 150MW across 22 turbines targeted for 2029 and 2030, the business is building out its delivery capability. This role exists to take ownership of construction on live projects, steering them through to completion rather than watching from the sidelines. It is a role for someone who wants to see turbines actually built.
