Tasks

• You will continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You use your deep understanding of the energy market to develop strategic recommendations
• You are a strong communicator and work closely with product managers and other departments to develop innovative ideas and concepts
• You assess the technical and strategic fit of ideas and concepts and create forecasts on value and effort as well as the scalability of solutions
• You lead research and analysis and use customer panels to collect data-based feedback and validate solutions
• You organize and run our Innovation Days to promote exchange and collaboration within the company and with external partners. You create a platform for creative ideas and innovative solutions
• You will also be responsible for building and maintaining networks within the company and with external partners. In this way, you promote dialog and collaboration in order to exploit synergies

Requirements

• You have a degree in business administration, innovation management or a related field or have a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• You have several years of experience in a role with a strong focus on data-based customer and market analysis, ideally in the energy sector
• The identification and validation of product and business ideas is one of your strengths, you are also experienced in building and maintaining networks and actively promote exchange and communication within and outside the company
• You have proven experience in organizing and moderating panels, are creative, innovative and can communicate complex issues in an understandable way
• You are keen to experiment and tech-savvy, with an understanding of the fundamentals of the transformation of the energy industry
• You are a confident communicator, adept at negotiation and work effectively with various interfaces, including marketing, to make events successful
• You have strong analytical skills to assess market and strategic fit and create value & effort forecasts
